These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of this website (“Site”) and to all contracts concluded through the Site between you and the Operator. The words “you” or “your” refer to the visitor, user, or customer of the Site. These Terms apply to:
• Consumers within the meaning of EU law, and
• Businesses (B2B), where expressly stated.
By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

3. Eligibility
You may only place orders if you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
4. Products and Services
The Operator offers physical goods and/or services via the Site. Product descriptions are provided to the best of the Operator’s knowledge but may be subject to change.
5. Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods or services. A contract is concluded only when the Operator confirms acceptance of the order or dispatches the goods. The Operator reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion.
6. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
All prices are stated in EUR, unless otherwise indicated. Prices include applicable EU value-added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately during checkout.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The Operator does not store payment card information. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are stated on the product page or during checkout. Risk of accidental loss or damage:
• Consumers: risk passes upon receipt of goods
• Businesses: risk passes upon dispatch
9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Legal basis: Your right of withdrawal is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the German Civil Code (BGB §§ 355 ff.).
9.1 Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer (i.e., not acting for purposes related to your trade, business, or profession), you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
• For the purchase of goods: the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.
• For services or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium: the day the contract is concluded.
Note for digital content: If you order digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and consent to immediate provision, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once provision begins.
9.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The email should include:
• Your full name and address
• Description of the goods or services purchased
• Order date and, if applicable, date of receipt of goods
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract
Sending this email is sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal — no specific form is required.
9.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
• We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal email.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Return of Goods:
• You must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from your withdrawal.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
10. Exclusion of the Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made goods
• Sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed
• Digital content once download has begun with consent
11. Returns and Refunds (B2B)
For business customers, returns and refunds apply only where expressly agreed. The Operator may offer goodwill refunds at its discretion.
12. Cancellation Due to Errors
In the event of pricing or listing errors, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded.
13. Liability
13.1 Unlimited Liability
The Operator is fully liable for:
• Intent
• Gross negligence
• Injury to life, body, or health
• Liability under mandatory statutory provisions
13.2 Limited Liability
For slight negligence, the Operator is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for such contracts.
13.3 Exclusion
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
14. Disclaimer
The Site and its contents are provided “as is”. No guarantee is given for uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Information provided does not constitute professional or legal advice.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is protected by copyright. Personal use is permitted. Any commercial use requires prior written consent.
16. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or access restricted areas without authorization.

21. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

The Operator is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
